Newsletter Ad – Our tri-annual newsletter is published online and made available to all our members and the public for free. The LMSA National newsletters features original articles and updates from members across all 5 of our regions. The newsletter advertisement can be placed in 3 newsletter editions over 1 year. Each advertisement is 1 standard page size and can be in full color. Our online newsletters can be seen under the publications link.
Web Logo – Your company or school web logo can be featured on our nnlams.org home page. It will be prominently displayed and contain a web link of your choice. We have two option for web logo size: in pixels width x height options are: 1- 224 x 90 , option 2 – 130 x 90. The web logo will be displayed for 1 year.
Conference Program Ad – Our 2010 National Conference Program booklet will be published and distributed at the annual conference. All attending medical students and registrants will receive a copy in their registration packet. This year’s conference is expected to have 220+ attendees. Additionally, all of our conference programs are archived online and freely available to the public. The advertisements can be purchased for the program in full page, half page, or quarter page sizes. The formats for the ads can be in color or black and white and in any electronic image format or PDF.
Residency Guide Ad – The 4th edition of this student-to-student residency application guide will be published and distributed at our 5th Annual National Conference. All attending medical students and registrants will receive a copy in their registration packet. This year’s conference is expected to have 220+ attendees. Additionally, all of our residency guides are archived online and freely available to the public. The advertisements can be purchased for the guide in full page, half page, or quarter page sizes. The formats for the ads can be in color or black and white and in any electronic image format or PDF.
Residency Program Exhibitor Table or Non-Residency Exhibitor Table – A 3 hour fair on Saturday, March 6, 2010 will be held at the UIC Forum in Chicago. The residency fair will include our proud sponsors from across the nation with hundreds of Latino medical and premedical students. Residency programs can purchase one table with 2 chairs which includes free registration for all conference events. The fair will have dedicated programming time, so students will have maximum time to visit with programs. Residency programs are given a modest discount for their tables to encourage their pariticpation. Non-residency programs or businesses can also purchase a table as a Business Exhibitor. Be sure to have the individual exhibitors or residency program representatives register for the conference after making payment.
Packages - A $100 discount is offered for our biggest sponsors who would like to package all this year’s products into one package. Three options are available for each of the options listed above.
