National Conference Attendance Information
Monday, March 1st, 2010Proposal 1: Travel Stipends for National LMSA Conference for LMSA MW EBoard

For those Officers driving within 3 hours driving distance: $50.
Reciepts must be provided.
For those Officers driving from Michigan- $100. Reciepts must be
provided.
For those Officers who have not already been provided registration
funds from their school or other sources- early registration
reiumbursement- $55.
Student Hosting will be provided as long as you notify Mayra and
Elizabeth by Monday March 1, 2010.
* Bring the receipts with you to the National Conference to obtain reimbursement by the VP of Budget and Finance
Proposal 2: Travel Stipends for National LMSA Conference for LMSA MW Chapters

Each chapter will be eligible to apply for up to $300 for one student
to be reiumbursed for travel and early registration fee ($55).
Chapters within 3 hours driving distance are eligible for $50 travel
funds for one chapter member. Student Hosting will be provided as
long as you notify Mayra and Elizabeth by Monday March 1, 2010 as long
as available.
